RISM Lab conducts research at the intersection of materials science, civil engineering, and sustainability. Our work focuses on designing and evaluating advanced materials, including alternative binders, recycled inputs, and carbon-sequestering systems for applications in modern infrastructure. Using performance-based metrics and life cycle assessment tools, we seek to drive innovation in low-carbon, resilient, and circular construction practices.
